What's Included?
All Hydda Living base models come with everything you need for a comfortable and stylish space.

They include strong internal framing, either wood or steel depending on availability, with 3/8 inch drywall, 4-inch white primed trim, and half-wall beadboard wainscoting with a chair rail. The interior is painted in your choice from a 24-color palette for the upper walls and ceiling, while the exterior comes in matching colors. A remote-controlled HVAC system keeps the space comfortable in temperatures from -15 to 100 degrees. The models feature 30"x48" white vinyl double-hung windows with energy-efficient glass that tilts in for easy cleaning and a 72"W x 80"H primed steel external French patio door or sliding entry with a key and your choice of brushed nickel, chrome, or gold hardware. For electrical needs, the models

come with wiring, a light switch, six outlets (three standard, one with surge protection, and two USB charging ports), and an external connection box. Flooring options include water-resistant wood-look laminate planks in various shades or commercial carpet squares in multiple colors. The space is well-lit with eight LED recessed ceiling lights, and we provide design, planning, and installation support to make everything easy for you.

Delivery Depending on the distance from our backyard to yours, there will be an additional cost for delivery. Our fine delivery crew is also experienced in the installation while answering any questions. Another variable is access to your backyard. In some situations, we may need a crane but don't worry - we can get your dream office delivered.
