What's Included? 

Everything you need for a functional space! Every model arrives at your backyard finished & ready to use! 

The base price includes concrete base floor, framing, insulation, drywall, paint, electrical, light fixtures, wainscoting, flooring, French or patio doors, exterior siding, roofing with remote start heating and cooling exhaust system. We can arrange delivery to any backyard in the US*. 

​All you do in plug in with a 30 amp electrical source and flat land. The weight and reinforcement of the concrete means leveling is simplified within a 12 inch pitch corner to corner. You also won’t have to worry about floor rot in 15-20 years. Homes have a solid base and so does Hydda. 

Base Pricing includes:

Wall mounted heating and cooling system ​

A quiet mini-split HVAC system is wired into every Hydda room with an exhaust. This powerful system allows your Hydda to stay comfortable even if the outdoors drop to -13 degrees. In those hot or cold months, the remote control could reach from your home to get the temperature ready for you to arrive. 

Wired electrical ​

Your office or studio is wired and ready with 3 standard, 1 GCFI surge protector, 2 USB charging ports as well as light switches with dimmer installed by our electrician. 
The Hydda requires a 30 amp plug from your power source or can be hard-wired by you. ​

Solid wood and metal construction ​

Every Hydda is built on-site in Ohio by our construction team who have years if not lifetime experience. We build them solid and treat every model like it's going into our own backyards. ​

Insulation and weatherization ​

Conserving energy is important, as well as a comfortable dry space. Vapor barriers and full insulation to the walls and ceiling keep your Hydda efficient. The layers also help keep the outdoor sounds and distractions away. ​

Doors and Window(s) ​

French and sliding glass doors come standard for each model as well as double pane, insulated windows. Depending on the model, one or two windows come with the design to provide the most natural light possible. ​

Lock and Key ​

Your Hydda room stays secure with exterior door locks and hardware. When you check out of the office for the day, we want to make sure you have all your creative projects protected. ​

We have team members who specialize in all the details ready for you to speak with. We will help you explore your preferences and goals to build the Hydda you've envisioned. Let's build your dream office! ​

Concrete floor ​

Smooth and strong concrete allows you the creative freedom to add any floor covering or leave as is. Our installation team works with your design expert on the logistics of reaching your flat, permit approved surface. A solid pad floor helps get everyone on the same level. ​

Exterior Color ​

Depending on your home color and backyard size, you may have certain colors that fit your style or are required by your HOA. We have a large selection of exterior siding for each model to choose when building your Hydda. ​

Flooring ​

Laying a nice floor over your concrete base is one more may to transform your outdoor room into your favorite place to escape. We offer vinyl plank, commercial carpet squares and wood laminate options to match your function and style. ​

Delivery ​

Depending on the distance from our backyard to yours, there will be an additional cost for delivery. Our fine delivery crew is also experienced in the installation while answering any questions. Another variable is access to your backyard. In some situations, we may need a crane but don't worry - we can get your dream office delivered.

Variables such as material and supply demands or availability can cause a slight influx within the range. We source all supplies and materials within the US, and preferably within our community. All Hyddas are built and assembled locally in Ohio. 

*Base pricing range does not include tax, delivery or upgrades. We come on-site and will install your Hydda to verify a level surface and proper connection is available. 
*Delivery will require a quote that depends on location and access to your backyard Hydda site. Sometimes a crane can be necessary and affects pricing.
